Our state of art fabrication facility in three units are equipped with mechanized welding & cutting line & associated with Heavy machines & assembly shops. The shops are further equipped with Grit Blasting Facilities & Painting Booth. We have an installed fabrication capacity of 30000 tons per annum.

Under the covered area we can handle fabrication of 70 tons single piece & the shops are equipped with mobile crawler cranes up to 100 tons. All required infrastructure as Bending Machine up to 63 mm thickness plates, Hydraulic Press of 500 tons & Jigs & fixture design & manufacturing shops for the quality fabrication are available under one roof.

Quality & Safety are prerequisite at each work centre & sufficient training is provided in improving the skills of workers & staff. Our personnel are trained to highest standard to implement quality plan at every stage. The NDT & DT labs with technically qualified & experienced personnel help in achieving our objectives.

We have fabricated critical equipments for the core sectors such as Steel, Power, Mining, Space Research, Railway & Aluminum sectors. We have developed Product Lines for the fabrication of one windmill tower every day & Boiler Structures up to 12000 tons per annum.

The facilities are under further expansion to take up bigger commitments in Steel & Power sector. We are working closely for the development of CRITICAL EQUIPMENTS of the thermal & nuclear power plants.

We are adding 6000 tons of capacity every year to achieve our Corporate Growth Plan.
